This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") outlines the information we collect from the Internet domain www.tellusmarkets.com and/or related domains (“Site”) that are owned and operated by Tellus Markets Corporation and/or its affiliates (“Tellus Markets”), and how we collect, use, disclose, protect and otherwise manage that information. If you are not comfortable with any of the practices or policies described in this Policy, we ask that you discontinue use of our Site.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the information collected on the Site, and does not apply to access to Tellus Markets’ electronic platform. Access to Tellus Markets’ electronic platform is limited to Tellus Markets members who have entered into separate agreements with Tellus Markets for such access, and is governed by the terms of those agreements.
